The short version

This website has no forms and no ad trackers. If you email us, we use what you send to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete it and we will.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and your message.
  • Page views. Our website platform, HighLevel (LeadConnector), records which pages are visited and basic technical details such as browser type, for traffic statistics.
  • Server logs. The hosting platform records IP address, requested page, browser and time. This applies to every visitor.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. This site is not directed at them.

Clients

If your business becomes a client, our services (such as AI call answering, missed-call text back and review requests) handle your customers' names, phone numbers and messages on your behalf, inside your HighLevel account. We use that information only to provide the service to you.

Text messages

We do not send marketing texts from this website. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. We use these service providers to run the business: HighLevel / LeadConnector (website, CRM and messaging) and Google (email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is held and for how long

We operate from the United States and our providers are US-based, so information is stored in the United States. Emails and client records are kept while we are working with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data request". We reply within 30 days.
